Trouble in the automotive world… and it’s all because of a new vehicle unveiled by Tesla! 📉
Tesla recently revealed its autonomous robotaxi called Cybercab, but… there was a problem with its trademark. 🛑⚖️
Although the car was presented to the world on October 10, 2024, initially Tesla did not apply to register the ‘Cybercab’ trademark with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. ✍️⏳
In the meantime, the French company UniBev had already registered the ‘Cybercab’ trademark and owns the rights to the name. 🇫🇷🛡️
As a result, Tesla’s application has been suspended, and the manufacturer is faced with a choice: negotiate the purchase of the brand, fight it out in court, or… change the name of the cars. 💸⚔️🔄
