A few months ago, Coach sued Gap Inc., claiming that Gap was selling products under the Old Navy brand with the visible word ‘COACH,’ thereby infringing the interests of the Coach brand and seeking to abuse Coach’s goodwill and reputation. ⚖️🛍️
Coach’s attorneys have indicated that the brand has suffered substantial damages and are consequently demanding an injunction, damages, an accounting of undue profits, and a jury trial. 💼📉
