Financial Support for Trademark Registration in the EU

The funding programme provided by the EUIPO is called SME Fund, and the amount of funding is 75% of the reimbursement of national and EU trademark™️ registration fees, but the maximum amount of such reimbursement is 1,000 EUR 💶

In order to obtain funding through the SME Fund, it is necessary to submit an application and documents indicating the applicant’s details, as well as a VAT certificate.

You can apply yourself or to appoint a proxy 👩🏽‍💼🧑🏿‍💼👨🏻‍💼 – I’m happy to assist ☺️– to submit an application on your behalf, but the subsequent reimbursement is always transferred to the applicant’s bank 🏦 account directly.

Each application may relate to one type of intellectual activity and the total funding is possible up to EUR 1,000 💶.

The subsidy is granted in the form of vouchers that will enable partial reimbursement of costs and the amount depends on the scope of the application.
